My name is Sandra, and I am here to guide you on a transformative journey of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening. My path has been one of deep exploration, devotion, and connection with the sacred feminine, leading me to dedicate my life to empowering others through yoga, meditation, Tantra, and spiritual guidance.
Yoga & Meditation
For over 21 years, I have been a teacher of yoga and meditation, diving into the depths of ancient wisdom to bring forth teachings that nurture the body, mind, and soul. My journey took me to Rishikesh, India, where I lived for 10 years, immersing myself in the heart of the Hindu tradition, learning directly from my Spiritual Teacher, Sri Hare Krishan Shah Ji. It was there that I cultivated a profound understanding of divine energy, experiencing firsthand the power of sacred practices that awaken and transform.
In 2012, I felt a deep calling to explore the mysteries of Tantra, delving into the teachings of Shiva and Shakti and uncovering the essence of feminine power. This journey not only deepened my personal practice but also shaped the way I support others in reclaiming their personal power, strength, and wisdom.
Tarot & Galactic Akashic Records
My offerings also include Therapeutic Tarot readings, where I channel divine guidance to provide clarity, insight, and empowerment. The Tarot is not just a tool for divination but a sacred mirror that reflects your soul’s journey, helping you navigate life’s transitions with confidence and trust. A therapeutic Tarot reading is a profound way to uncover hidden patterns, emotional wounds, and subconscious blockages that may be limiting your potential. I also assist individuals in recovering memories of their Galactic Origins, helping them heal the wounds that may be preventing their growth. I was first introduced to the Galactic Records when I discovered my teacher, Debbie Solaris, through a YouTube video. I immediately felt drawn to study with her, realizing that at this pivotal moment in humanity’s evolution, recovering our galactic memories is crucial. We are shifting into a new way of living and existing, and understanding our cosmic history empowers us to make sense of our earthly experiences. The wounds we face in this lifetime are often reflections of deeper galactic wounds lived in other planetary existences. By healing these wounds, we realign with our soul’s mission, stepping into our purpose with greater wisdom and strength.

As part of my healing work, I create custom-made subliminal audio messages tailored to the unique needs of my clients.
As I deepened my studies in the conscious and subconscious realms, I discovered the immense role the subconscious mind plays in shaping our reality. I began using subliminal audios and experienced firsthand the benefits of transforming limiting beliefs. This powerful practice reinforced my belief that true change begins from within. When we reprogram our subconscious mind, we can align our energy with our deepest desires and manifest the life we truly want.
